Gregg E. Stade
Gregg E. Stade graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University in 1991 and received a Juris Doctorate degree from Regent University School of Law in Virgina, in 1997.
Prior to opening his own law practice, Mr. Stade was an associate with a local general practice firm where he handled a variety of cases involving Real Estate Law, Business Law, and Family Law disputes. In addition to providing legal services for the formation of Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Not For Profit Foundations, Mr. Stade has worked on behalf of small businesses in the areas of contract formation, debt collection, franchise law, intellectual property law, transaction negotiations, and mechanic liens. Mr. Stade has also represented charitable organizations before the IRS for the successful achievement of 501 (c) (3) tax exemption status.
Mr. Stade has been counsel for clients in a variety of legal proceedings, at both the state and local level, in southwestern Missouri.
Mr. Stade is licensed to practice law in Missouri. He is an active member of the Missouri State Bar Association and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association. |
